Dinner Time!
This is what Tim and I have been doing a lot lately! Eating our dinner out on the back deck on our newly acquired patio furniture. We hit the jackpot on garage sales last Saturday! I bought some tilapia at Costco yesterday and Tim grilled it. Was it ever good! We hadn't tried it before.

A Surprise!!
Yesterday our four kids and their spouses took us on a four-hour pontoon ride on Lake Coeur d'Alene. The occasion is the fact that Tim and I will be celebrating our 60th birthdays this year..... and they couldn't have picked something more relaxing and fun!! Both grandsons were really good - one slept the whole time and the other even got a little swim in the lake when we stopped at a beach.
Here we all are! I know in this picture I don't look like I am having fun, but really I was!
There were countless beautiful homes along the lake.
I simply don't like getting this sunscreen put on... and that's final!!
Two boys ganging up on the other (hmm... reminds me of the olden days!). Hunter wasn't sure this was all in fun. Poor Hunter. You can tell by how he's standing.
Isn't this the cutest?

A Couple of Miscellaneous Pics
First of all, a picture of the two grandsons!
Some fresh stuff from our local Farmer's Market! Sweet corn, radishes, honey butter, fresh sweet bread, jelly, and fresh Ranier cherries!
This was taken at a quilt shop in Lewiston. This quilt was made by a local lady. It is literally hundreds of fabric pieces appliqued on to the quilt. The figures on the quilt are taken from coloring books.

4th OF JULY
What a wonderful, relaxing 4th of July. Here's a sampling of pictures that Tim took with his new (yes, new) camera. Just have to put these two pictures first.
Here are our gracious hosts: (sorry we didn't get Todd and Amy together, but you will see her in one of the pictures making a good volleyball hit.)
I just thought this picture was so cute!
The kids played lots and lots of volleyball.
This is Steve and Sandra's lot, as yet pretty undeveloped. They have a driveway put
in and water and electricity. This (the second picture) is taken from the dike looking back toward the road. The next picture are below the dike by the river - they have a beautiful grassy secluded spot by the river that needs a little clearing out.
This is cute little Logan Waldo.
I love this picture.
Splitting up a little firewood.
The neigbors put on a nice fireworks show. We didn't even have to go anywhere.
Only some of the people that were there.
Yummy chocolate cake.
Everyone had a chance to hold Conrad!
