A few recent pictures.  Conrad and Grandpa on Father's Day.

Hunter came to visit Grandma and Grandpa for a couple of days.  This was something I saw on Pinterest.  Baking soda and vinegar.

We had two birthdays recently, celebrated together, Hunter and Sandra.  Here's a picture overload!  Susie made a really cute cake made with pudding in it, so it was very moist.  Sandra likes Bert's Bees products,so she got an assortment of those products.  Tim made Hunter a sandbox for his birthday and we transported it to his house and brought sand to put in it.  For the birthday we played "Pin the Nose on the Clown."  We all had to laugh at Hunter, who had never played before, and peeked through the bottom of the blindfold. These pictures got a little mixed up while putting them on - not the order I intended, but you get the idea anyway.

I'll add a couple of pictures from Conrad's 1st birthday that Tim didn't put up on his blog.  Hunter loves his little cousin.

Hunter was helping clip grass in our backyard.

Tim has been showing me up, posting pictures right and left on his blog :) so I thought I better stick one on my blog, so as not to be outdone.  Tim is doing a little job in the backyard by the barbeque grill, and Hunter was helping grandpa with it last night.  He was a big help!!

Tim has decided to fill in the koi pond. He lost a few of his original and best fish. Plus it is a LOT of work.... and.... so. the three boys helped wheelbarrow the dirt back in! We are grateful for the help!!!

Conrad is just big enough to sit on the bottom step! What a cutie!

The weather finally warmed up! 60 degrees seems like a heat wave!!! Hunter enjoyed the skate park for the first time. We were there for a couple of hours and he was not even ready to come home.
I have been meaning to update my blog, but you know how it goes! Anyway, I made Hunter and Conrad matching shirts. Conrad had had a long day and was tired, so didn't feel like posing for pictures with cousin Hunter.

Our Weekend On the Coast

We spent a 5 day weekend on the coast. The first night we stayed with our nephew Jason. Alas, no pictures. The next day I met Carissa at the Sewing Expo. Unfortunately, I didn't even take a picture on my phone! Boo. We then spent the weekend at Carissa and Bens. Here's a few photos. An interesting note is the snowy owls which have come to the coast there for the first time ever. Tim and Ben hiked out to the water to find them.

Last, but of course, not least is a picture of the pencil skirt we spent much of Saturday making for Carissa out of some Pendleton wool that she picked up at the Expo. We draped, fitted, and lined the skirt.
