in and water and electricity. This (the second picture) is taken from the dike looking back toward the road. The next picture are below the dike by the river - they have a beautiful grassy secluded spot by the river that needs a little clearing out.

A Day in the Woods

Yesterday Jeff, Hunter, Tim and I made a trip to the woods to cut and load firewood for Jeff and Susie's winter wood supply. Hunter and I had a grand time while the other two worked hard!

A Couple'A New Pictures

At our recent church convention we managed to get all four kids together in the same spot to get a picture. I wanted to get one also with spouses and kids, but somehow that didn't happen. Anyway, I thought I needed to post an update on Conrad. He's a month old now!

A Special Day

We were invited over to spend the day with the Schobers in Ephrata and then we brought Lyle back with us for the night and dropped him off at the airport today. Sure was special to see them all, especially Pauline!

I had to laugh. Hunter found one of those little teeny ants about 1/4 of an inch long and wanted to feed the poor thing. So we set a chocolate chip near it and, sure enough, it goes over to the chocolate chip and.... I dunno if he was eating or not!
